Cancellation of Order

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

To cancel an order, please contact one of our sales representatives as soon as possible after placing the order so that the products ordered can be prevented from shipping and a refund or credit issued for any payment made.

Please note that once the products ordered have been shipped, usually the same day as placement of order, the order cannot be cancelled. Then the conditions stipulated in the NPA Pty Ltd Refunds & Returns policy will apply.

Orders placed for special or made to order (MTO) products cannot be cancelled once the products have been manufactured either in part or in full.
